At Ink & Arch Brow Bar Melbourne, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our customer policies for brow and lash styling, cosmetic tattoos, booking, and payments are designed with your convenience in mind. We kindly ask that appointments be booked in advance, along with a deposit to secure your booking. Our team is committed to providing thorough consultations to ensure you receive the best services tailored to your needs. For payments, we accept various methods to accommodate everyone, making your visit as seamless as possible.

BROW & LASH STYLING POLICIES
Rescheduling or cancelling of brow and lash styling may be made up to 24hrs before your appointment, outside of that period, you will forfeit your deposit and another will have to be made if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
COSMETIC TATTOO POLICIES
It is the clients responsibility to check our booking policies and FAQs outlined on our website, prior to booking to check there are no contraindications that apply to them, that may result in us unable to perform the treatment safely on the day. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your deposit and being liable for half the price of treatment.
Rescheduling or cancelling of cosmetic tattoo appointments may be made up to 48hrs before your appointment, if it is after the 48hr period, you will forfeit your deposit and another will have to be made if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

Consults
We do offer free no obligation consultations prior to booking to clear up any questions or concerns you may have, however if you are happy to do both consult and treatment in the same appointment that is fine too, but understand you do so at your own discretion as we can not always guarantee that treatment will be a suitable option on the day and you will then forfeit your deposit. To book a free 20 min consult, you can book direct via our bookings page.

Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking, via our bookings page. This will then come off your total on the day. Full payment is required on the day of initial appointment​​, if for any reason we can not perform the treatment on the day and you have not had a consult prior, you will forfeit your deposit.
